Step 1. Define your goal - all changes need a drive, a triggger, well, what's yours? What is motivating you to change, to learn, to improve.

Step 2. Take the course - we've divided the programs into easy to follow modules that are broken down into straightforward, example driven and time saving modules. As new programs are available, they will automatically be available to you so that you can continue to improve and bill with confidence.

Step 3. Measure your success - I cannot stress this enough. We must measure what we do. It is only there where you will see the true value in the changes you've implemented. Your charges are higher, your payments are increasing, you're leaving earlier, any other issue that is important to you. Measure your success and let others know so that they can improve as well.

Now, ask yourself these questions? How much is underbilling costing you? How much risk is overbilling exposing you to? Does your billing department or company compensate you for the loss or the risk?
